Niacin (Niacinamide) or Vitamin B3 is essential
for synthesis of sex hormones and promotes increased blood
circulation.
Yohimbe Bark (Pausinystalia yohimbe) has been used
as an aphrodisiac in many cultures. It dilates blood vessels,
thus intensifying sensual tactile responses. Yohimbe also

Damiana (Turnera diffusa) has been used as an aphrodisiac
